This class was exactly what I was looking for! It was full of gold nuggets that were dropped for us to apply right away in our wholesaling journey. I was happy to find out that Joe and Shane are not only very well known and successful wholesalers, but also very genuine, helpful and caring people. I have definitely gained some insight on what to do and what not to do, when trying to wholesale real estate. They even shared all templates/scripts they use via Google drive to make sure that everybody from class have them available and can refer to them at any time.
